Botox

The purpose of Botox is the reduction of the wrinkles caused by frowning, squinting, and pursing your lips. Most people notice these wrinkles in the forehead, between the eyes, or around the eyes (crow’s feet). Repetitive contractions of the muscles can cause these to appear on the surface of the skin. Botox works by blocking nerve impulses that make these muscles relax. The skin on top of the muscle then becomes smoother, resulting in a refreshed and rejuvenated appearance.

We believe that it is very important to evaluate the anatomy and features of each patient’s face prior to giving any Botox or dermal filler injections. Some people like a very smooth look, while others do not. So, we take each patient on a case-by-case basis. We offer several different kinds of Botox products, and several different kinds of dermal fillers.
